My mission is to offer my cultural experiences, trainings, introspection and innate qualities in entirety to help create mindfulness and ideal lifestyles. I speak 5 different languages and have traveled across 21 countries thus far – to trek life transformative world wonders like the Great Wall of China and Mayan Pyramids. I am culturally sensitive, and offer a highly personalized approach to meet my client’s individual needs.

Education and Credentials

My educational accomplishments include a BA in Psychology and BS in Social Relations followed by Masters in Marriage & Family Therapy from the University of Southern California. I’m a Marriage and Family Therapist Registered Intern (IMF 75071) with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences. I work under the supervision of Dr. Helene Mickey Wilson, a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (CA BBS License #49203), through the Trilogy branch office of IAS.

Over 10 years of experience serve California public schools and institutions, including LAUSD and Los Angeles County Foster Care Systems.

Note: As a female therapist, I feel privileged to be able to provide my services to women suffering from domestic violence or victims of crime. Over the years I have worked with a diverse population from different socioeconomic and cultural backgrounds. Coming from a South Asian background, I’m particularly eager to help communities with this population.
